By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) What these Terms cover
These Terms govern browsing and using the Site. If you hire ABF or purchase credits, your services are governed by separate written terms (e.g., Master Services Agreement, Credit Store/Order Form). If there is a conflict, the service-specific agreement controls.
2) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
3) Privacy & cookies
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice (links posted on the Site). By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of data as described there.
4) Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Site. You agree not to:

misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
copy, mirror, scrape, or index the Site or content for competitive purposes;
upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful/defamatory content;
use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or block access for any violation.
5) Intellectual property; limited license
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, case studies, testimonials, pricing illustrations, and the “Ads by Friday” marks—is owned by CASI Creative LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your internal business evaluation only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6) Your submissions & feedback
If you submit forms, comments, ideas, or feedback, you represent you have the right to do so and grant ABF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to operate and improve our services. Do not send confidential information through public Site forms.
7) Third-party links & platforms
The Site may link to third parties (e.g., Calendly, YouTube/TikTok, payment or file-sharing tools). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
8) Testimonials & results
Client quotes, logos, and case references on the Site reflect individual experiences. Results vary and depend on factors outside our control (product-market fit, budgets, seasonality, platform algorithms, etc.). No outcome, ROAS, or delivery time is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
9) Estimates, pricing & Credit Store info on the Site
Any pricing tables, credit menus, timelines, and turnaround examples on the Site are illustrative and not binding offers. Actual scopes, delivery windows, and credit pricing are set only in signed order forms or Service Agreements. Rush availability and talent scheduling are limited.
10) No professional advice
Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or marketing advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before acting on information found here.
11) DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to:

12) Disclaimers (Site provided “as is”)
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABF AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOSS OF DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ABF and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15) Accounts
If the Site allows account creation or brief submission, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
16) Communications consent
By submitting a form or booking time, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., scheduling confirmations, onboarding details). Marketing emails/SMS will be sent only with your consent and may be opted out at any time.
17) International use
We operate from the United States. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available in other locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
18) Governing law; dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.

Arbitration & waiver (optional—have counsel review): Except for small-claims matters, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Shasta County, California under the JAMS Rules. You waive class actions and agree to bring claims individually. You and ABF may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or data-security issues.
19) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
20) General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
